Directions: Step 1: Shake well. Step 2: Apply 2 pumps on each impacted muscle group rub in briskly until absorbed. Step 3: Repeat step 2, and allow to air dry. Use as needed. Thigh: Apply from your hip to your knee. Foot: Apply from your ankle to your toes. Lower Back: Apply from your tail bone to the center of your back. Hamstring: Apply from your lower buttocks to the back of your knee. Calf: Apply from the back of your knee to your ankle.
